Introduction

Designed, coordinated, and launched a secure, maintainable website under tight cross-team collaboration — delivered ahead of the Center’s key rebranding and fundraising campaign.

The Challenge

Turning a compromised digital presence into a trusted, accessible home for the community.

After the organization’s previous website was compromised, LCH needed more than a fresh visual layer. The new site had to restore confidence, clarify the Center’s programs, and give the internal team a dependable foundation for ongoing updates.

My Role

A bridge between strategic needs, creative direction, and practical delivery.

01 — Led the end-to-end UX and visual design across the primary site experience.

02 — Coordinated stakeholder feedback and translated it into clear, prioritized decisions.

03 — Built a flexible content framework so the team could keep the site current after launch.

Impact

A site that now feels as capable, thoughtful, and welcoming as the work it represents.

The redesign launched ahead of a pivotal fundraising campaign, giving LCH a secure platform to share research, engage supporters, and evolve its public presence with confidence.
