Insights
Enhanced user experience in AI products
Based on our research, AI products can be complicated, hard to navigate, and may require a long learning curve. We notice that people are more likely to focus on the technology improvement instead of user experience. As designer, I aim to build user-centered AI products with user-friendly interface and easy-to-use navigation to increase the target user range, and to bring AI benefits for more people.

Thank you.
